How many people fit in the carriage?
2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child under 12.
What happens if it rains or it’s cold?
The carriage is covered and fitted with a heated blanket. Tours run in all weathers.
Where is the starting point?
At the Strasbourg Tourist Office, 17 place de la Cathédrale. Antoine can also pick you up from your hotel on request, for a €10 supplement.
In which languages are the tours given?
In French and English only. You choose the language of your tour when you book.
What time do the tours depart?
Every day, 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9 pm, with a departure on the hour. Last departure at 6 pm for the Grand Tour and at 5 pm for the Christmas Tour.
How do I book?
Online, with a €25 deposit by secure SumUp payment. The balance is paid on the day, in cash or by card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour and your deposit is refunded.
Are prices per person?
No, all prices are per carriage.
What’s included?
A hot drink, a souvenir photo, a passionate guide and a comfortable bike carriage, sheltered and warm.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged companion is welcome on board.
How do I use a gift voucher?
Enter the code you received in the “promo code” field when booking. It is valid for 12 months after purchase.
